Commercial Inspection Services

  • In-Production Inspection (DUPRO)

The inspection is carried out once at least 25% of the order has been completed, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations regarding specifications, packaging, labeling, and markings. If improvement or correction recommendations were made during the initial production inspection, the in-production inspection assesses whether these suggestions were successfully implemented. Generally, in-production inspection allows on-site recommendations, ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the entire production phase.

    Factory Audit (FA)

Referring to ISO 9000 specifications or specific client requirements, the inspectors at Aman Inspection & Compliance will conduct a factory evaluation. The audit covers essential elements such as quality management system procedures, production capacity, child labor, employee facilities, cleanliness, etc. The auditor issues a factory evaluation report, enabling clients to select and establish a highly qualified supplier base.

    Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

This inspection is carried out once at least 80% of the goods to be exported are packed. Samples are randomly selected based on approved sampling standards and procedures. The inspection ensures that production meets the specifications, purchase orders, or letters of credit.

    Initial Production Check (IPC)

This process takes place at the beginning of the production line and is based on client specifications and reference samples. The initial production check primarily focuses on the quality of components and materials used in the production process. It also includes a visual inspection of packaging materials and accessories. Inspectors monitor the assembly process and verify the first production batch. The initial production check helps in early prevention (and cost-saving) of defective components and timely corrections when necessary.

    Container Loading Check (CLC)

Conducted at the manufacturer’s warehouse or shipping company’s premises, the inspector first checks the quality and quantity of the goods to be shipped, ensuring that the correct products are being delivered. Then, the inspector monitors the entire loading process to ensure the containers are in good condition and the loading is done correctly.

    Laboratory Testing

Sometimes, in addition to quality checks, products need to obtain official conformity certificates according to local regulations. Aman Inspection & Compliance efficiently manages your production sample testing in collaboration with independent local laboratories. For each type of required certification (such as CE, EMC, EN71, RoHS), the most qualified laboratory in terms of accreditation, price, and delivery time is selected.
